SSI Solutions' clients experience the services of our entire team every day.

Our Account Managers bridge the relationship gap from our clients to our other departments through sales, customer care and any account related inquiries.

Client Services is responsible for coordinating Technical Services' scheduling for incoming customer requests. They also facilitate the flow of information to and from the client on a day to day basis.

Project Management liaises with clients for any project based work impacting the implementation of any product or service on their everyday business.

Our Technical Team is comprised of different levels of technical experience and skill sets that are assigned based on our clients' needs. An SSI Solutions Technician exhibits three of our core values: To constantly develop their relationship with the client, to be fair & honest in any consultative role they perform and to always ensure client satisfaction.
